CHICAGO'S ORIGINAL COAL OVEN PIZZERIA! At Coalfire we serve an American spin on the classic Neapolitan style pizza. Our pizzas are served piping hot from our 800° F coal fired oven. We layer each pizza with cheese first, then our signature tomato sauce to ensure that the thin crust stays crispy and the sauce stays juicy. Coalfire is a DINE IN - CARRY OUT establishment, and seating is 1st-come 1st-serve (no reservations accepted). We greatly appreciate your patience.
